1. Introduction

Estos términos y condiciones de servicio (en adelante, «Términos») rigen el uso de los servicios ofrecidos por Blackdog (en adelante, «Agencia»), una empresa especializada en marketing de contenidos B2B con sede en Madrid, España. Al acceder y utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos. Por favor, lea detenidamente estos Términos antes de utilizar nuestros servicios.

2. Services Offered

The Agency offers a variety of B2B content marketing services, including but not limited to:

Web content creation
Custom content strategies
Content Distribution
Influence Marketing
Multimedia content development

3. Contracting of Services

To engage our services, clients must contact the Agency to discuss their specific needs. The Agency will provide a detailed budget and work plan for your approval prior to beginning any project.

4. Payments and Billing

The fees for the services provided by the Agency will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be established in the budget agreed upon by both parties. Customers must make payments according to the terms set out in the contract. Late payments will be subject to late fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Agency, including but not limited to text, images, graphics and videos, are the exclusive property of the Agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients have the right to use content created by the Agency solely for agreed purposes and do not have the right to resell or redistribute such content without authorization.

6. Confidentiality

The Agency and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged during the provision of services. This obligation of confidentiality will remain in force even after termination of the contract.

7. Cancellation of Services

Cualquier cancelación de servicios debe ser comunicada por escrito con al menos 15 días hábiles de anticipación. La cancelación de servicios puede estar sujeta a cargos adicionales según lo estipulado en el contrato.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Agency will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and all disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.

10. Modifications to the Terms

The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective once they are posted on our website. Customers are expected to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any changes.
